Pump Repair

Pneumatic & Hydraulic Pumps and Components - Repair and Service

Hydraulic and pneumatic pumps repair has been a central part of our business at RUSCO Hydraulics for many years, giving us the experience needed to service and repair all sizes of pumps from all manufacturers. With a standard, customer-focused assessment and repair process, we ensure you are able to make informed decisions for quality repairs.

Informed Decisions:
Before we begin any repairs, our technicians strip down your hydraulic pump and components, evaluate the condition of each of the individual components, determine the probable cause of failure and decide which parts are in need of repair or replacement. Work moves ahead only after you have received our estimate and given your approval.

Quality Assurance:
Every hydraulic and pneumatic pump we repair is subject to a strict performance evaluation prior to shipping. The results of this performance evaluation – carried out by qualified technicians using our universal test stand – are carefully recorded on our evaluation form and are available for your future reference.

All hydraulic components received for repair are stripped down and evaluated for condition, probable cause of failure, and components required for replacement or repair Each component received for repair is stripped down and evaluated for condition, probable cause of failure, and components required for replacement or repair.
After approval from the customer, components are assembled and set up on our Test Stand where they are checked. The performance is recorded on our evaluation form.
After approval from the customer, hydraulic and pneumatic pumps are assembled and set up on our Test Stand where they are checked.
Once our qualified technician is satisfied with all test results, the hydraulic components being tested are stamped with an identification number that tracks all repairs performed to those units. At any point, the Performance Evaluation of the component can be accessed when a question or problem arises.
