Vibration Analysis
This test for bearing wear and balance problems allows our customers to catch potential component failures before they actually happen. Our vibration analysis provides our customers with the opportunity to plan ahead for their maintenance needs and avoid costly down time.
Oil Analysis
Oil will be analyzed to determine if a complete replacement of the product is necessary or if our filtration process can best meet our customer's needs. Included in our testing process is an analysis to assist in the prediction of component failure. A routine use of our oil analysis allows our customers to predict trends in wear and use, allowing for planned maintenance.
Thermal Imaging By charting the temperatures in your hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, we can isolate areas that are generating excessive heat and costing your systems to lose power.
Here’s what we look for:
Hydraulic Systems:
Check relief valves to see that it is set incorrect or opening to soon
Inspect for defective part like a broken spring in valves
Check if pumps are running hot because it is set wrong, or bypassing from internal pump ware
Check if oil filter is clogged or is on bypass
Check Pump for high suction
Look for restriction in lines causing back pressure
Check heat exchanger for obstruction or malfunction
Mechanical:
Check for misaligned couplings
Check for bent shafts or misalignment
Check for binding of bearings
Look for bearing failure
Check for gear ware
Check heat exchanger for obstruction of malfunction (if equipped)
Check for loose parts
Inspect for loose or broken mounting bolts of pads
Help to minimize down time
Allow you to predict problems and reduce production costs by ordering replacement parts prior to component failures
Electrical:
Check for overloaded circuits
Check for loose wires or terminals
Check for corrosion and rust
Check for high resistive loads
Check for problems without shutting down
